This visit by myself was fine. But my father popped in a couple of weeks ago and was taken back how rude one of the receptionists were. He is in his 80’s but the lady was extremely short with him and very rude. My father is a very quiet man and only wanted some help but the lady with short dark hair and glasses snapped at him a few times.

I have visited the surgery a few times recently for a few different reasons. My 2 year olds flu vaccination; the nurse was so friendly and quick and kind. My whooping cough vaccination; the same nurse; again friendly, helpful and professional. A GP who really listened to my problem and suggested trying something which worked really well; so pleased with the outcome. The surgery followed up a prescription request from the hospital efficiently. The surgery set up a repeat prescription for me after speaking with the receptionist and sending a note to the doctor so I didn’t have to go into the surgery. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Overall great surgery, great service.

My only issue is that every appointment I’ve had here has been late. Most recently I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

The service I get from this practice is second to none, the speed of getting a appointment and level of attention given by all staff and doctors is as good if not better than private! Thank you for a wonderful NHS service.
